Terms of Service

SohamLaunches ("we") runs a weekly launch board at sohamlaunches.com. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You sign in with X or Google. One person, one account. Creating accounts to inflate votes gets the votes removed and the listing taken down.

Listings

• You may only submit products you own or are authorised to represent.
• We review every submission and may edit, reject or remove any listing, including after it launches.
• You grant us a licence to display your product's name, logo, screenshots and description on the site and in our social posts about your launch.
• Free listings are queued into the next week with open slots. Launch dates are not guaranteed until approved.

Links

Free listings link with rel="nofollow" until our "Launched on SohamLaunches" badge is detected on your homepage; removing the badge reverts the link. Paid listings always get a followed link. We link directly to your site, never through a redirect.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. If we reject a paid listing, we refund it in full. Once a paid listing has launched, or its X post has gone out, it is non-refundable. The X post for Premium+ is published from @soham_nayak04 during your launch week.

Rankings

The board is shown in random order for the first 48 hours of each week, then ranked by votes cast during that week. We may remove votes we believe are fraudulent. Weekly results are final once published.

Liability

The site is provided as is. We aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.
